Biography

Michael started his legal career while in law school by interning for the Columbus prosecutor’s office and the Supreme Court of Ohio. As a lawyer, Michael began working as a hearing officer for the Industrial Commission of Ohio under former governor George Voinovich’s administration in 1992. Michael maintained his service to the state of Ohio for nearly 30 years until his retirement in 2021. While consistently working three days a week in Worker’s Compensation disputed hearings, Michael was also moonlighting various legal issues as a private lawyer and counselor. Today, Michael is retired from his government service and is pleased to reenter the legal workforce as a private lawyer. With 30 years of experience in medical legal issues, Michael has successfully settled and/or litigated hundreds of cases before multiple courts in Ohio.
